ENEX serves the road and highway sectors with services that include project development, program management, operations, and maintenance.

Our work in Libya includes roads, freeways, and highways involving extensive earthworks and advanced construction techniques tailored to each project.

Among the company’s notable road and highway projects are:

• The construction of 250 km of roads from Marsa Brega to Zeltan, Raguba and Murada. This project was completed for ESSO Standard Oil Libya Inc., which was acting on behalf of the Libyan Government - Libya
• The completion of Hatiba access road for Libya National Oil Company - Libya ENEX’s experience in road works has allowed us to successfully complete a number of airport projects including:
  • Marsa Brega Airport for ESSO Standard Oil Company - Libya
  • Zuetina Airport for Occidental Oil Company Libya - Libya
